Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, California is devoted entirely to the care of children and adolescents. Staffed by our multidisciplinary team from the Division of Adolescent Medicine and the Department of Child Psychiatry, the Eating Disorders Clinic at LPCH provides comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation, treatment, and consultation for children and teenagers with anorexia, bulimia, obesity, and other eating disorders. The clinic treats both the psychiatric and medical aspects of such disorders on an inpatient, outpatient, or partial (day) hospitalization basis. Specific treatments offered by the clinic include individual therapy, parent behavioral counseling, and family therapy.
