Anxiety and Depression Workbook Information
Anxiety and Depression both are made worse by how we think. Many people
try medications to assist them in feeling better. While there certainly is a need and place for medications they are
just a part of recovering from these life altering problems. A more lasting solution lies in the examining the thoughts
individual's hold as truths about almost everything within their lives. There is a direct correlation between how we
think and how we feel. The things people tell themselves (especially about themselves) often makes them their own worst
enemy. These thought distortions can make so many things worse in life especially anxiety and depression. On their
own anxiety and depression are difficult to live with. But the thoughts that often accompany these imbalances can paralyze
individuals. Anxiety and Depression can be extremely painful disorders but they do not have to completely overwhelm
people's lives. You can use your own personal power to address the internal dialog that worsens these disorders.
Our
workbook addresses especially how people think and what they tell themselves. Try our workbook and begin to learn how
to think differently today!
